There was some confusion but after clarifying with Crown: The full video, which includes the alleged crack portion, is 90 seconds.

@jpags Does this mean the video the Star saw in May is the full video and the second is a shorter version of that?
— Queen Bathurst (@QueenBathurst1) November 12, 2013
@QueenBathurst1 That's not clear since the two reporters who saw the video have not been able to compare with what police have.

@jpags Meaning these could have nothing to do with the video the Star saw? Because that one was 90 seconds long, correct?
— Queen Bathurst (@QueenBathurst1) November 12, 2013
@QueenBathurst1 As far as we have been told, this video contains what our reporters saw and wrote about and the mayor appears on it.

To me, this all suggests that there is no second Ford video, just a shorter version of the video originally reported on by the Star and by Gawker back in May. That video is already known to be 90 seconds long, which is the length of the "longer" version of the video being mentioned. If there is no revelatory second video, it would be a huge bummer, I was really looking forward to that Rob Ford sex tape...
